Sunrise
Pink morning light settles over Cedar Creek beside a leafy tree and quiet water. This acrylic painting captures the freshness of a familiar landscape at the beginning of the day.

Sunrise looks across Cedar Creek as pale pink and warm yellow passages move through the sky. A leafy tree anchors the near bank, while the water carries the morning colors into the lower part of the scene.
A small waterside structure and distant greenery offer details beyond the foreground leaves. The open sky and reflective surface balance the tree’s stronger vertical shape.
Judith Reidy’s acrylic painting invites a pause before the day becomes busy. It is a gentle choice for someone who enjoys early walks, creekside views, and the changing light that can make a familiar place feel new.
