A bright river winds between green banks and their reflections. This oil landscape invites the eye upstream through warm foliage, cool water, and the shelter of overhanging trees.

Stour River Boat Tour Up the River looks along a gently curving waterway lined with dense trees. The narrowing channel gives the view depth and offers a natural route into the landscape.
Warm yellow-green foliage contrasts with blue and turquoise passages on the water. Reflections repeat the banks in softened shapes, connecting the leafy canopy above to the luminous surface below.
Painted in oil, the scene captures the pleasure of following a river and wondering what lies beyond the next curve. It offers a fresh, green landscape for someone who enjoys waterways and the unhurried feeling of a boat journey.
